The Ukrainian State Construction Corporation «Ukrbud» and PJSC CB «Globus» updated the loan conditions from 01/08/2019 under «Housing on Credit» program for up to 20 years to purchase residential and commercial real estate in the primary market of Kyiv.

• Loan term: from 1 to 20 years;
• Own contribution: from 20% of the contractual value of the property under the agreement on participation in the FSF;
• Commission for the provision of credit (excluding VAT) - 1.9% of the loan amount.
